The site has been deleoped keeping in view the ease of use and fewer clicks to complete any booking related task by providing high class builtin functionality. The whole application is developed in such a way that you can always calculate the total amount to be paid before leaving to the final step. You can calculate the total amount multiple times by trying different combinations on the same page. This functionality not only reduces the amount of information you have to fill in to calculate total amount to be paid, but also eliminates the frustration of passing back or next across various pages. While it is a top class user friendly system, some users may not grasp it the way we wanted them to. So let's have a close look at the whole process through a small walkthrough.

When you click on the Book This Room link in the room tariff details page, it takes you to the room booking page containing the tariff struture of that particular room and presents you a small form to fill in order to calculate the total amount you will be paying for the booking of the room.
Guidelines
1 › The very first box contains the information about the totals number of rooms in that particular room category and a small form with an empty text field. To Do : Just click inside the empty text field and enter the number of rooms you want to book using your keyboard.
2 › The Second one is a series of four Boxed containing the tariff of that particular room in EP, CP, MAP, AP categories and four unchecked radio boxes. To Do : Just click on the unchecked radio box under the particular tariff type that you want to go with.
3 › The third one contains the three drop down menus to select your check in date. To Do : You know what to do. Just select your check in date.
4 › The fourth one contains a single drop down menu to select the number of nights. To Do : Very Simple. Just select the number of nights you want to book the room for. • ( The number of nights in the drop down menu are limited to 20 nights only, but you need not to worry about it. If you want to book the room for more than 20 days, just select your check out date and our system will automatically detect the total number of nights even if they are more than 50, 100, 200, 500 or so. ) •
5 › The fifth one contains the three drop down menus to select your check out date. To Do : You know what to do. Just select your check out date.
6 › The sixth one contains a small empty check box. It is optional and should be checked only in case you want to book the room for more than two people. This extra person may be your kid or your relative.To Do : You know what to do. Just click on the empty check box.
When you are done with all the required details, just hit the Calculate button. When you click on the Calculate buttom, your filled in details are presented in front of you containing your date check in, date check out, total nights and total amount to be paid. You can see it in the screenshot below.
This screenshot is just what the output of your calculation will look like. And in case your booking dates fall within the discount period of the hotel, our system will automatically detect the percentage of discount and reduce the total amount to be paid according to the percentage of discount.
When you are satisfied with all the details and ready to book the room against the totals nights and total amount to be paid, just click on the Continue button. It will take you to the page where you will be required to enter your personal details.
After filling the required personal details, you can choose to click on the Pay Now or Pay Later button. If you click on the Pay Now button, you will be taken to a page where you can click on the Mail me my order details and login info button.
When you click on the Mail me my order details and login info button, a mail containing your username and password will automatically be sent on your email address and then you can login to our special Customer Panel and make instant online payment in a fully secure environment using our state of the art and fully secure Online Payment Gateway. You can login to your Customer Panel at any time and check your order details.
